Arkia International Property Ltd (Hereinafter "Arkia") is an international real estate holding company founded in 2014.
Its objective is to acquire stakes in subsidiaries active worldwide, mainly in real estate, in particular in rental properties, apartments and rented houses, commercial space, offices, hotels, vineyards or even forests.
It allows to take advantage of global market opportunities through long-term value creation, not to generate short-term returns on investments.
Arkia's subsidiaries each hold a different type of real estate asset or business model that the company seeks to pursue. Some generate regular income, while others are primarily based on capital appreciation. These assets are deliberately diversified to balance each other.
Arkia is assisted in its undertaking by partners located in the areas where the company owns its assets and selected for their in-depth knowledge of the local market. Their role is to connect with real estate developers, to survey the market for new opportunities, and to manage the assets while monitoring the overall progress of the operations on site.
